Journal History

Jurnal Penelitian was established in 2017 by Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya. Since its founding, the journal has been committed to disseminating high-quality research covering various topics in aviation, engineering, education, and social sciences.

Publication Frequency:

• From 2017 to Volume 10 (2025): The journal was published every three months (quarterly), resulting in four issues per year.

• Starting Volume 11 (2026): The publication frequency was adjusted to every four months (triannual), resulting in three issues per year, namely in April, August, and December.

This change was made to maintain the quality of peer review, ensure adequate editorial processing time, and accommodate the growing volume of submissions.

Achievements:

• Accredited by SINTA with a rating of 5 (Five).

• Registered with ISSN: 1978-6832 and E-ISSN: 2622-5948.
