Archiving Policy
The Journal of Public Transportation Community (JPTC) is committed to the long-term preservation and permanent accessibility of all published content. To ensure that articles remain available to readers even if the journal ceases publication, JPTC applies the following archiving arrangements:
1. LOCKSS
The journal's content is made available to LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)-enabled libraries through the LOCKSS Publisher Manifest, allowing them to collect, preserve, and restore published issues for purposes of preservation and restoration.
2. Indexing and Metadata Archiving
Article metadata and full texts are deposited and preserved through indexing services, including Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, and Crossref, where each article is assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) that ensures persistent linking.
3. Institutional Archiving
All published issues are stored on the journal's server managed by Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya.
4. Author Self-Archiving
Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites, with full acknowledgement of its initial publication in JPTC and a link to the article's DOI, in accordance with the journal's Copyright Notice.
