Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of passenger understanding of Body
Scanner procedures on the inspection process efficiency at PSCP Djalaluddin
Airport Gorontalo. Using a quantitative method and questionnaires, the results
show a correlation coefficient of 0.925 and an R Square of 0.855, indicating a very
strong influence of passenger understanding on the smoothness of the security
screening process. These findings highlight the importance of educating passengers
to enhance security screening effectiveness.
