Abstract
To obtain optimal operational activities, supervision must be fully applied to all areas at the airport. Airport operational activities operate on 2 sides, namely land side operation and the air side operation. One of the airport operations on the air side is Apron Movement Control (AMC). Apron Movement Control Unit acts as an airport operation that is closely related to operational implementation in order to achieve safety and security at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. The purpose of this study was to determine how is the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) personnel at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali and to find out the effect of the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) personnel on safety and security at Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport. This study uses a qualitative descriptive writing method. Using data sources in the form of primary and secondary data, the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the performance of AMC personnel at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali still need to be improved, this can be indicated by the division of AMC personnel's work sector is still not optimal, the service standards of apron safety management procedures have not been fully implemented and there are still many violations that took place on the air side. This could endanger the safety and security of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport
