Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa workshop kewirausahaan dilaksanakan di SMK Terpadu Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman, minat, dan motivasi siswa dalam berwirausaha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemberian materi, diskusi interaktif, simulasi sederhana, serta wawancara pasca kegiatan untuk menggali persepsi siswa. Sebanyak 58 siswa dari berbagai jurusan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil analisis tematik menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa menilai materi workshop mudah dipahami, relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha, dan mendorong lahirnya motivasi berwirausaha. Namun, ditemukan pula keterbatasan terutama dalam aspek teknis seperti pengelolaan keuangan dan praktik usaha. Secara praktis, workshop dinilai efektif sebagai sarana peningkatan pemahaman kewirausahaan, namun memerlukan penguatan melalui pendekatan Experiential Learning, praktik nyata, serta pendampingan mentor. Implikasi kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat kesiapan wirausaha siswa, tetapi juga dapat menjadi masukan bagi sekolah dalam mengintegrasikan program kewirausahaan secara berkelanjutan dalam kurikulum tambahan.
