DEVELOPMENT OF MIF (MUTIARA’S INVOICE FORM) TENANT BILLING SYSTEM AT MUTIARA SIS AL-JUFRI AIRPORT PALU

Abstract

At Mutiara SIS Al-Jufri Airport, non-tax state revenue (PNBP) from the aviation industry is generated by offering a range of services to patrons, including refreshments and food for tenants. The tenant billing system at Mutiara SIS Al- Jufri Airport is still manual, so an organized billing system is required. Tenants can use the Mutiara's Invoice Form, a Google form for the MIF tenant billing system, to report bill payments that have been made. The MIF system was organized using the ADDIE method (analysis, design, development, implementation, and assessment). The MIF system's development was effectively finished, and the material validation assessment classified it as "very feasible." Furthermore, during interviews, the tenants provided affirmative answers to a limited number of tests.
