RANCANGAN INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURE CHART (IAC) REQUIRED NAVIGATIONS PERFORMANCE (RNP) RUNWAY 33 DI PERUM LPPNPI CABANG PONTIANAK

Abstract

This research aims to design an Instrument Approach Procedure Chart (IAC) using Required Navigations Performance (RNP) for runway   33 at Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch. This research will consider various factors such as geographical conditions, topography, and applicable aviation regulations. This research method is qualitative research. The sampling technique is done by observation and interview. The population in this research is ATC personnel at Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch. After that, a design will be carried out using special software to visualize and test the design of the proposed Approach Instrument. Qualitative data analysis techniques with a descriptive Approach that produces objects in the form of Instrument designs. This research is expected to produce a draft Instrument Approach Procedure Chart (IAC) that meets RNP requirements for runway   33 at Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch. This design is expected to improve flight safety operational in the area.
