Abstract

The design is to design a prototype visualization of the Marker Beacon function using the Arduino Nano microcontroller which functions as a learning medium. This design was made with the aim and hope of being able to provide facilities and infrastructure that support cadets in carrying out education, especially cadets in Telecommunication and Air Navigation Engineering. In this design, the Arduino Nano microcontroller, Infrared Sensor, Buzzer, LED, and NRF24L01 Module are used. In this study using the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The results of the discussion from this study are to determine the feasibility of the prototype used as a learning medium of 91.5%.%. Testing this tool by ensuring each module functions as it should. A demonstration was carried out at the Air Navigation Engineering Cadets and the pretest and posttest results were dominated by a high level of effectiveness of 86.3%.
