<p><em>The increasing operation of airports makes these public areas generate high energy consumption. There have been many previous studies that discuss innovations in order to save energy use in different commercial buildings, such as offices and housing. Not only that, these literature studies discuss the use of different factors in each trial. Therefore, this paper aims to build a hypothesis of the influence of each variable used in future relevant research so as to strengthen the theory being discussed. For the types of variables in this study, a literature study on the concept of eco airport, will use factors that affect the optimisation of energy saving in large airport terminals, namely HVAC technology, eco airport system and energy management and control. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the influence of HVAC technology, eco airport system and energy management and control as development factors that influence optimisation energy saving in large airport terminals. Previous relevant research is very important to be used in making this research. <p><em>Digital signage has become one of the important communication tools in airport environments to provide information to passengers and visitors. However, to ensure that the displayed information remains relevant, up-to-date, and controlled, an effective system of control and monitoring is required. At I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport, this improvement can be achieved by adopting a remote desktop-based solution. This research aims to optimize the control and monitoring of digital signage at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport through the use of a remote desktop-based system. The methods used include evaluating existing digital signage infrastructure, selecting appropriate remote desktop platforms, integrating with existing digital signage systems, setting access and authorization, training personnel, monitoring and maintaining the system regularly, and continuous evaluation and improvement. It is hoped that by implementing this solution, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport can improve efficiency in information management, ensure the availability of accurate and timely information for passengers, and provide a better overall airport experience for users.</em></p>WIDI ARYANI PUTUSukarwoto SukarwotoMuhammad Caesar Akbar

<p><em>On the Job Training activities at Batam International Airport there are things that are of concern, one of which is damage to one of the components in the Sequence Flashing Light (SQFL) module. What is meant by Sequence Flashing Light is a light that flashes sequentially in a clear color which is installed in the middle of the outermost approach light bar towards the Threshold. The problem lies in the 21st Runway 04 bar. Factors that cause the damage include bad weather conditions. Uncertainty can result in easy damage to electronic components due to being outdoors with an unstable environmental temperature. The problem affects the pilot's visibility during bad weather or at night when landing. <p><em>This study was conducted at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto International Airport in Samarinda to measure the impact of noise levels in the airport's cabin control tower on flight safety. In this study, descriptive and qualitative methods were used. Data collection was conducted through a documentary study and direct on-site observation from February to March 2021. The results showed that the noise level in the cabin control tower at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda International Airport can affect the air traffic controller's concentration. It is required to handle the cabin aerodrome control tower to increase the security of flight movements. In addition, the installation of headsets and silencers is required in accordance with the applicable regulations on the equipment and scope of the air traffic controller's workspace.</em></p>Rayhan Almer Sa'adi Sa'adiImam Sonhaji

<p>Dalam kegiatan pemberian pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan, Pontianak <em>Approach Control Surveillance unit</em> telah menerapkan <em>ATC automation</em>. Salah satunya yaitu koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh personel <em>ATC</em> antar unit <em>APP</em> dengan unit <em>Tower</em>. Koordinasi tersebut menggunakan sebuah sistem yang bernama freetext. Sistem freetext dapat mempermudah proses koordinasi <em>ATC</em> khususnya antar personel <em>ATC </em>unit <em>APP</em> dengan unit <em>Tower </em>Perum LPPNPI Cabang Pontianak karena dapat mengurangi <em>load of communication</em>. Namun, di dalam SOP Perum LPPNPI Cabang Pontianak belum ditemukannya prosedur mengenai standarisasi pada kata-kata untuk melakukan koordinasi menggunakan sistem <em>free text </em>ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar terbentuknya standarisasi pada penulisan kata – kata dalam sistem <em>freetext </em>antara Pontianak <em>Approach Control Surveillance</em> dengan Pontianak <em>Tower.</em> Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. <p>Manajemen risiko merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan risiko yang penuh ketidakpastian, berdampak besar dan selalu mengancam. Tata kelola risiko sendiri terdiri dari identifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko, evaluasi risiko dan manajemen risiko. Manajemen risiko dapat dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan kerangka kerjanya dengan manajemen proses bisnis sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan identifikasi risiko yang ada dalam setiap kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep pendekatan manajemen risiko melalui manajemen proses bisnis. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan dua jenis sumber data, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Alat bantu yang digunakan adalah mindmap dari aplikasi mind manager. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan di Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi selama sembilan bulan yang dimulai sejak bulan januari hingga sepetember 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua kerangka kerja manajemen tersebut dapat dikembangkan bersamaan dan digunakan bersamaan dengan tujuan akhir adalah tata kelola risiko yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. <p>Bandar Udara I Gusti Ngurah Rai merupakan salah satu bandar udara dengan jumlah <em>traffic</em> terbanyak di Indonesia. Hal tersebut tentunya berdampak pada banyaknya frekuensi komunikasi antara Pilot dengan Pemandu Lalu Lintas Penerbangan atau <em>Air Traffic Controller</em> (ATC), terutama saat <em>peak hours</em>. ATC di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Denpasar mengalami permasalahan saat berkomunikasi dengan VFR (<em>Visual Flight Rules</em>) <em>Traffic</em> BIFA. Kendala yang dialami adalah buruknya kualitas suara yang keluar melalui radio sehingga ATC kesulitan untuk menerima informasi yang disampaikan oleh pilot training BIFA tersebut. Hal ini berdampak pada kelancaran komunikasi personel ATC di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Denpasar, sehingga mengganggu kelancaran lalu lintas penerbangan. <p><em>The passenger parking area of the passenger terminal is one of the land side facilities that has an important role in the safety and comfort of passengers. The condition of the passenger parking area needs to ensure the feasibility of the pavement so as not to interfere with passenger activities. In maintaining the feasibility of pavement, advanced handling planning is required. Advanced handling planning must be adjusted to the needs of handling damage that occurs. Pavement Condition Index (PCI) is one of the methods commonly used in analyzing pavement damage. Through the results of the PCI can be determined maintenance planning and appropriate handling for damage to the passenger parking area. The method used is visual observation of Pavement Condition Index (PCI) based on ASTM D6433-07. The result of this research is that the passenger parking area of the Djalaluddin Airport passenger terminal gets a PCI value of 77.03. Damage that occurs includes: lowering the lane / shoulder, longitudinal cracks, holes, and weathering and loose grains. Based on KP 94 of 2015, the damage to the lane / shoulder is required to spread the material according to specifications and replace the material in the damage area. In light longitudinal crack damage, filling cracks with hotmix asphalt is required. For moderate and severe longitudinal cracking, additional treatment in the form of patching is required. Pothole damage requires patching and filling with hot mix asphalt. For minor weathering and raveling grain damage, only cleaning of the damaged area is required. In moderate weathering and raveling grain damage, patching and filling with hotmix asphalt are required.
