Abstract

Apron flood light is included in airport lighting or is called the Airfield Lighting System (AFL) which is used to visually assist pilots with various types of lights when taking off, landing or taxiing. The method used in this journal uses qualitative methods. Where this qualitative method is a research method that is descriptive and analytical. In the midst of the Covid pandemic, it is necessary to save electricity consumption by using floodlight lamps. So that later a motion sensor will be installed which will make it easier for technicians or ATC to operate the lights.
