This research uses a qualitative descriptive writing method that uses primary and secondary data sources, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The data analysis technique is gap analysis. Solar panel system or solar cell is one of the alternative uses of electrical energy that is environmentally friendly. Hang Nadim International Airport Batam has implemented the use of solar cells on perimeter lights. This solar perimeter light system needs to be maintained regularly so that the absorption of sunlight occurs optimally. In the experiment, cleaning the surface of the solar cell is done by using a ladder to reach the surface, but this method causes cleaning that is not optimal and has several disadvantages such as damage to the panel, risk of work accidents, difficulty in movement of technicians, etc. The maintenance carried out so far is still manual, namely by direct cleaning. Hang Nadim International Airport Batam floodlights 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 receive power supply from the Sub Distribution Panel located in the cargo building. Batam's Hang Nadim International Airport will carry out planning for the construction of terminal two. This construction caused the cargo building to be affected, so it had to be demolished and all facilities in the building had to be relocated. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method in which there are research instrument tests, classic assumption tests for independent and dependent variables, simple linear regression analysis, determination tests, and hypothesis testing with data collection techniques, namely observation and questionnaire distribution. The results of this test have an influence on how optimal the supervision of the AMC unit with CCTV on order in the service road area is carried out by conducting a t-test, namely the significance of the t variable of monitoring AMC personnel with CCTV on order in the service road, which is significant at 0.000, when compared to its significance value smaller than 0.05. The problem to be examined in this study is that during peak hours at the General Ahmad Yani International Airport there are often long queues passengers. Through these long queues it seems as if the service provided by the check-in counter officers is decreasing. This study uses a statistic quantitative method with the population used is passengers who use the check-in counter facility during busy times from 2 January 2023 to 9 January 2023 with a total population of 300 people. In this study, the sample as a data source was taken using a non-probability sampling technique, with a category determination (purposive sampling) of 50 people. The data obtained will be processed using the IBM SPSS version 25 application to find research results. After processing the research data so that it gets the result that, there is an influence of check-in counter officer service on passenger satisfaction. Through hypothesis testing which produces a T-count value of 7.971 which is greater than the T-table value of 2.010, which means H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the R square value or the coefficient of determination of 57%, which means the ability to influence the check-in counter service on passenger satisfaction is 57%. In the check-in counter service, there are factors that contribute to passenger dissatisfaction, namely responsiveness and tangibles. The results of the discussion from this study are to determine the feasibility of the prototype used as a learning medium of 91.5%.%. Testing this tool by ensuring each module functions as it should. From the results of the analysis, the location of the construction of the administration building is in risk category E so that the structural analysis uses the SRPMK (Special Moment Bearing Frame System) method.</em></p> <p><em>In planning the building structure, SNI 2847: 2019 concerning reinforced concrete and SNI 1727: 2018 for loading are used. In this final project, the SAP 2000 auxiliary program is used for 3D building modeling, PCAColumn for calculating column interaction diagrams, and Autocad 2018 for reinforcement details. In this final project, the calculation of the Cost Budget Plan is also needed to determine the estimated cost of rebuilding the administration building into two floors.</em></p> <p><em>From the structural design results, the dimensions of the main beam (B1 25/40), child beam (B2 15/30), column (K1 25/25) and plate thickness of 12 cm and structural reinforcement details are included in the engineering drawings. This research implements WIZ110sr in navigation equipment. This research aims to improve remote data communication that is more stable and supports the use of access points. The research method used is the design of a serial data conversion system to TCP/IP using WIZ110sr. Data analysis techniques used quantitatively from QoS measurement data using Wireshark. The first test resulted in a througput value of 145 kbps, packet loss 0, delay 3.197 ms, and jitter 0.005 ms. In the second test for sample 1 got a througput value of 99 kbps, packet loss 0, delay 5.2 ms, jitter 0, and sample 2 got a througput value of 101 kbps, packet loss 0, delay 5.2 ms, and jitter 0. In this research, we focus on developing and evaluating the performance of triangular array MIMO antennas especially for applications in 5G networks. In this paper, we propose a triangular array MIMO antenna design approach that combines the advantages of triangular geometry with MIMO technology. We describe a design methodology involving antenna element selection, array configuration, and spatial arrangement. The influence of these parameters on system performance is explored through simulation and field-based testing. Our experimental results reveal that this triangular array MIMO antenna shows potential in increasing network capacity and reducing inter- channel interference. We analyze antenna performance in terms of signal gain, throughput capacity, connection stability and spectral enhancement. Compared to traditional MIMO antennas, this triangular approach provides a significant increase in terms of network capacity and carrying capacity. We also discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with the practical implementation of triangular array MIMO antennas in a 5G network environment. Factors such as physical size, energy efficiency and circuit complexity are studied to provide insight into optimal deployment scenarios. With this development, the open source Briker-based VOIP communication system offers a more efficient solution for inter-unit communication at Surabaya Flight Polytechnic, potentially enhancing service quality and reducing reliance on traditional cable infrastructure. The research method used is the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) approach to design and implement the Briker-based VOIP communication system in the Integration Lab. The system's testing involves analyzing Quality of Service (QoS) metrics such as delay, jitter, and packet loss, measured through testing between two users in five trial runs. The aim of this research is to provide users with information about the air quality at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya using Internet of Things technology. The research method employed is the 4D development method. Based on the research results, the product validation achieved a consistent score of 96.3%, with the note that it can be used with some revisions. The CO gas level indicates a value of <12, and the CO2 level shows a value of <175, ensuring that both gases remain within safe limits and do not exceed reference values. Temperature and humidity readings with the smallest differences indoors occur in the evening (0.1°C), and humidity shows the same outcome (0%). Outdoors, temperature readings with the smallest difference occur in the afternoon (0.5°C), while humidity variations are most pronounced in the morning (3.4%). The analysis of Quality of Service (QoS), conducted for all four parameters, yields excellent values during both morning and afternoon hours. Performing port scanning or nmap (network mapper) activities, users can view open ports on network hosts. Network security such as firewalls are needed to limit nmap (network mapper) activities. This design aims to create a public ip network security system that is lightweight, and easy to manage by network administrators. This firewall is designed using the port scanning detection method which aims to block internet protocol (IP) addresses that carry out nmap activities and is integrated with telegram bots as notifications in the event of nmap activity. ADDIE method is used in this research which contains Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluate. This security uses winbox software for firewall configuration and integration with telegram bots. Field testing uses zenmap software to nmap the public ip network. The firewall field test results can block network nmap activity and send notification messages to telegram bots. QoS results show a throughput of 104 kbps, packet loss of 0.3%, delay of 18.07 ms, and jitter of </em><em>0.005 ms. The aim of this research is to implement a designed simulation application for solid-state electronics instructional media, with the purpose of enhancing the learning process at Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya. The research methodology employed in this study follows the Multimedia Development Methodology. The development model adopted here is the 4D model. The participants involved in this research consist of students from Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya. Data collection methods encompass a range of instruments, including media validation sheets, as well as pretest and posttest assessments. The results obtained from expert validators indicate a percentage of 80.76%. Furthermore, calculations using the N-gain score test on the pretest and posttest outcomes yielded a value of 0.57. Descriptively, this value falls within the moderate category, as it surpasses 0.3 but remains below 0.7 (0.3≤ g ≤ 0.7). However, currently the radio monitoring used can only display the status of the equipment. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive qualitative methods with the stages of collecting data in the field such as observation, documentation, interviews and then analyzing the conditions of the watchroom and categorizing its suitability with PR</em><em>30 Year 2022 until a conclusion is reached. The results obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, explain that the role of VAR competence is very important to support the knowledge of ARFF KNO personnel in the process of handling vehicle accidents at kualanamu International Airport. The purpose of this research is to provide comparative material for readers to understand the causes and impact of decreasing NH type injector pressure on the main propulsion engine on ships. In this research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method by collecting from observation, interviews and documentation. The research results found that causes of decreased injector pressure are less than optimal spring elasticity, leaking of the needle seat with nozzle needle and leaking of the nozzle body with the nozzle needle. Conditions in the field when carrying out generator maintenance are checking the condition of the fuel tank and filling it manually. This research aims to maintain the power supply in the generator room which is still done manually, namely using a switch to turn on the pump which will supply oil to the generator engine. So this is not yet efficient, where refueling will be late if the PLN goes out and then officers carry out an activity outside the generator room, so that when the fuel runs out, refueling cannot be done. Technology is needed to be able to refuel generators automatically and can be monitored at any time via a smartphone. Researchers made a prototype tool using a flow meter sensor to measure water flow and an ultrasonic sensor to detect height. Pada bidang ini telah dilakukan beberapa penelitian terkait karakteristik berbagai bahan bakar akan tetapi dalam penelitian ini lebih spesifik meninjau lebih dalam pada sisi karakteristik emisi khususnya <em>Carbon Monoxide </em>(CO) yang dihasilkan oleh pembakaran berbagai jenis bakar. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara menguji emisi berbagai jenis bahan bakar diesel diantaranya, bidiesel B20, B30, B35, Dexlite dan Pertamina Dex. Mesin yang digunakan yakni mesin diesel 7.5 HP silinder tunggal dengan metode <em>free load</em> dengan variasi <em>speed</em> 1000,1500 dan 2000 rpm. Pengukuran <em>speed</em> dilakukan dengan menggunakan<em> Digital Photo Tachometer </em>model: RM-1500 dan pengukuran emisi menggunakan <em>Portable Multi Gas Detector</em> model: BH-4A.
