Abstract
Yogyakarta International Airport must be able to provide excellent emergency services for related parties, because the airport is an area that is very vulnerable to emergencies. Based on the results of the implementation of On the Job Training at Yogyakarta International Airport, the author made observations of the Emergency Operation Center facility, obtained several aspects of the EOC at Yogyakarta International Airport that did not meet the standards contained in the applicable regulations. Analyzing the condition of the EOC is an important step in order to improve emergency services at Yogyakarta International Airport by ensuring that this facility complies with established international standards, the airport will be better prepared for emergencies. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the EOC at Yogyakarta International Airport. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection using observation, interviews, and document studies. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study found that there are EOC facilities and an emergency management committee has been formed at Yogyakarta International Airport. However, it has not operated in accordance with the airport's operating hours so that there are no special officers on guard. Emergency management committee training at Yogyakarta International Airport has not been carried out regularly and the facilities and infrastructure at the EOC are in accordance with applicable regulations.
