Abstract
Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) is a technology used in aircraft monitoring systems where aircraft publicly transmit their identity, position, speed, and other data via radio signals. RTL-SDR is a versatile and inexpensive platform that uses hardware that can be programmed through software to receive radio signals. In this research implements a multi RTL-SDR (Software Defined Radio) based ADS-B receiver configured through Virtual Radar Server to improve monitoring range and accuracy of flight data. In this paper, it has been successfully configured and compared with Flight Radar 24. For measurements in the Surabaya area which is a combination of Semarang area data, the results of Succes Rate 83.8%, Accuracy 76.68% and sensitivity -64.17dB are obtained
