Abstract

At recent day’s wireless data communication on average using the internet network. This analysis is expected to help and support image delivery media, which can be applied to emergencies such as natural disasters or in situations where there is no internet connection. By using the SSTV application on a PC and smartphone, the image will be converted into a sound signal and processed again using Digital Image Processing. Handy Talky will act as a transceiver. The research method used by the author is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) which involves the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing.
